  • Sturbridge Conservation Committee Call – Concerned citizen – odor along Grand Trunk Trail between Campground and “Here Today, Gone Tomorrow” cat shelter. Joseph Venezia - Follow up with BOH.

  • NOI - Sturbridge Rd (Rte20) DEP File # 117-0408.  Engineering Firm Chosen for Peer Review for proposed construction of a 30,000 square foot multi-building self-storage facility within the Buffer Zone on Sturbridge Rd. (Assessor’s Map 15 B-10.1)  
  • 142 Holland Rd – NOI # 117-0411 Follow up on additions to plans as requested at the December 15, 2021 meeting to complete Order of Conditions for Project.

  • 22 Dean Pond Drive – RDA  - Erosion Controls – Letter sent to owner to restore erosion controls.
  • 227 Brookfield Rd-  DEP file #117-0401 – Letter Sent requesting information – Property owner followed up with the Engineering firm. No reply to date.
  • Pioneer Cannabis Co – Webber Road –Erosion Controls follow up.
