II.  Gazebo Project- update on bid process to date and create checklist/volunteers for roles. Ideas on remaining grant money after gazebo and related work is funded  

III.  Billboard- removal date and plan for storage

IV.  Annual Report prep/plan

V. Town Warrant- take vote on how many voting members we would like to have added to our board

VI. New/Old Business

A.  Tabitha Moffatt Brown Stamp idea

B.  Mass Historical Society report on archaeological  and historic sites in town. There was a draft- was there a final report?

C.  Town Common planning project from 15 years ago.  Do we know the outcome?
