Call to order: 5:30 p.m.
The chair of the Board or Committee should state at the beginning of the meeting that the meeting will be available online; what follows is a standard to be stated at the opening of the meeting.
Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the Brimfield ZBA is being conducted in person and also via remote participation. Members of the public will be permitted but social distancing rules will apply. For those that are not comfortable coming out, every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings as provided for in the Order. Discussions on current procedures and events due to Covid-19
Discussions of how to go about offering hearings both in person and virtually. Including ZBA technology needs.
