ZBA Meeting with residents from Brookfield Rd

The ZBA met at the Great Town Hall at the request of residents and others who are concerned about the proposed SunPin Solar access road project.  There was a re-organization of the board, Kevin Moore will now be chair and Jon vice-chair.  A letter from Mr. Woloshchuk’s attorney was read and the board reiterated that they are waiting for documents from the Civil Engineer.

The board heard from many residents from the Brookfield Rd area regarding the proposed solar field access road.  They expressed grave concerns about their properties, land, animals, wells, and many other possible problems for them.  There were also people in attendance from the Town of Warren, including two people from the Conservation Commission.

The ZBA members thanked everyone that came out to share the information they had about the project and explained that until SunPin comes to ZBA to file an appeal, they can’t do anything but they were grateful to have all of this information.
