Applications & Forms

The Board of Selectmen is the local licensing authority for the following licenses, which are all now processed through  PermitPro.

  • Alcoholic Beverages (Restaurant, Package Store, Inn, Tavern and Special)
  • Annual Common Victuallers
  • Bed & Breakfast establishment
  • Class I Motor Vehicle Sales, Class II Motor Vehicle Sales/Repair, and Class III Motor Vehicle Sales/Junkyard
  • Flea Market Owner/Operators
  • Special & One-day liquor license

Licenses are renewed on an annual basis in the month of January with the exception of Alcoholic Beverage licenses which are renewed during the month of November each year.  The majority of license applications can be obtained online in downloadable format from our Forms and Documents page.  Not available online are Alcoholic Beverage Licenses and Flea Market Owner/Operator licenses.  These applications are obtained directly from the Board of Selectmen's Office, which you can request by email. 

Application submissions must be accompanied by a completed Workers Compensation Affidavit and the appropriate payment, in order to be deemed complete.  Incomplete applications will not be processed.

Established annual fees for the various licenses are as follows:
