Building Department

ATTENTION

The Building Department does not accept permit applications or documents by software or email.

All applications, required documents and payments are to be forwarded in hard copy to the Building Department by mail service or drop off. 

A drop box for standard letter sized documents is provided on the East side of the Brimfield Annex Building at 23 Main St., Brimfield.

If a document return is required by code, or requested by applicant, a self-addressed stamped envelope is required to be provided. 

Plans review done under appointments only.  Please contact the office to schedule an appointment.
