The Assessors will present the completed LA-5 The recommendation following are for the purpose of determining a property tax classifications factor for setting the tax rate.
The selection of a Residential Factor of 1.000000 is a desire to maintain 100% of it’s full values tax share equal between all classes.
No Discount was granted in computing the residential factor for Open Space
No Residential Exemption was adopted in computing the Residential Factor
No Small Commercial Exemption has been adopted
The Assessors will present Excess Levy Capacity figure for the current fiscal year
