  • Sturbridge Conservation Committee Call – Concerned citizen – odor along Grand Trunk Trail between Campground and “Here Today, Gone Tomorrow” cat shelter. Follow up.
  • 8 Palmer Rd. – 13A – Between 45 & 65 – RDA - Signatures
  • 85 Dunhamtown/Palmer Rd. DEP File# 256-133 - Request for Certificate of Compliance
  • 31 Little Alum Road – letter sent
  • 39 7th Street - - Request for Certificate of Compliance
  • Schedule of CONTINUED Public Hearings:
  • Beginning at 7:00 PM:
  • NOI - Sturbridge Rd (Rte20) DEP File # 117-0408.  The Commission and Planning Board will work together to send letters to obtain bids for Peer Review for the proposed construction of a 30,000 square foot multi-building self-storage facility within the Buffer Zone on Sturbridge Rd. (Assessor’s Map 15 B-10.1)  4 letters sent from Conservation requesting peer reviews. Received two replies. On 12/13 sent Planning Board Scope to both engineering firms who replied.
  • 142 Holland Rd – NOI   Follow up on additions to plans as requested at the December 1 meeting.  (Septic system plan BOH, Wastewater Management and Storm Water plans).

  • 22 Dean Pond Drive – RDA  - Erosion Controls Sediment build up- Site Visit
  • 227 Brookfield Rd-  DEP file #117-0401 – Letter Sent requesting informationProperty owner followed up with the Engineering firm.
  • Pioneer Cannabis Co – Webber Road –Erosion Controls follow up.
