142 Holland Road – 117-0411 – Applicant contacted the BCC to give a 72-hour notice that construction would begin at the site.

• Working with Warren ConCom to access siltation into Sessions Brook – Follow up
• Open Space Plan for 2022

• 31 Little Alum Road – Site visit reschedule  
• Allen Hill Road – RDA – Property Owner stated a site visit was done last summer.
• 121 Haynes Hill Road – Site visit

Schedule of Public Meetings and Hearings Beginning at 7:00 PM:

• NOI - Sturbridge Rd (Rte20) DEP File # 117-0408.  Engineering Firm Chosen for Peer Review for proposed construction of a 30,000 square foot multi-building self-storage facility within the Buffer Zone on Sturbridge Rd. (Assessor’s Map 15 B-10.1)
• Other Projects, Monitoring, Enforcement, & Violations:
• Dearth Hill Road DEP File # 117-0404 – periodic site visits

• 118 Five Bridge Rd. DEP File # 117-0391 – periodic site visits

• 22 Dean Pond Drive – RDA - Erosion Controls – Letter sent to owner to restore erosion controls.
• 227 Brookfield Rd- DEP file #117-0401 – Engineer stated he will send the plans to the Commission – nothing received to date. Follow up email on 02/21/22.
