  • NOI - Sturbridge Rd (Rte20) DEP File # 117-0408.  Proposed construction of a 30,000 square foot multi-building self-storage facility within the Buffer Zone on Sturbridge Rd. (Assessor’s Map 15 B-10.1) Pending.

  • Dearth Hill Road DEP File # 117-0404 – periodic site visits
  • 118 Five Bridge Rd. DEP File # 117-0391 – periodic site visits
  • 22 Dean Pond Drive – RDA - Erosion Controls – Certified Letter sent to owner to restore erosion controls.
  • 227 Brookfield Rd- DEP file #117-0401 – Engineer stated he will send the plans to the Commission – nothing received to date. Followed up email on 02/21/22.
