I. Board member appointments/town warrant: a: Bob and Sue need to get re-appointed. b) Article 33 on the town warrant pertains to historical "To see if the Town will vote to increase the number of voting members on the Historical Commission from seven (7) members to (11) members, or take any other actions thereon". If this passes at the town meeting on June 21st, Roseann please submit request for becoming a voting member instead of an associate member if so desired.
II. Book Project- update on sales and discuss marketing (Mike)
III. Stamp Project- update (Mike)
IV. Gazebo Project- update (Mark and Bob): a) expenses related to finishing the gazebo itself b) expenses related to additional budget items
