III. Records Project: Mike reported they are at the tail end of identifying items in the vault. Categorization next needs to take place in the upstairs of the town hall. Discussed taking donations of materials with historical value to the town such as photographs and letters. Materials could be donated or provided to be scanned and returned.

IV. Town Flag: Mike contact the artist and determined that the company is back logged and they haven't been made yet. Mike confirmed that the SB will pay for the town flag and the BHC will pay for Nick's personal flag, as previously voted on.

V. 65th Anniversary of the flea market: Sue reported on the progress of the plaque dedicated to Gordon Reid that will be placed at Auction Acres. Next year will be the 65th anniversary of the antique show that was started by Gordon Reid. More information will follow as the planning commitee is in the beginning stages.

VI. Annex- It was reported that the SB does not have any indication that the building needs to be demolished. They are waiting for facts- can it be saved or not? Experts need to tour the building and determine the structural integrity. There is interest in preserving it, but health complaints have arisen. Health concerns are one issue and structural integrity is another.
