I.  Discussed the success of Old Home Day.  Sold 5 books and received $25 in donations.  We met and spoke with many from our community as well as surrounding communities.  A resident would like us to look at a stone marker on his family's property and discussed the need to follow up.

II.  Book Project- Mike reported the need to collect money from our vendors.  He estimated there are 50-60 books remaining

III.  Records- Mike reported that he spoke with Anthony Soto who will be joining the committee representing the Select Board.  Mike communicated with the state roving archivist and reported that there are funds available.  Discussed the possibility of applying for a grant.  Sue offered to help write the grant and Mike said he would send her a link to the questions, which may require the clerk's help with a few.  Discussed Iron Mountain as an option for storage.  A detailed inventory is needed with them.  Up front archiving needs to take place first.

IV.  Stamp Project- Mike reported there has been no word on this.  The Stamp Advisory Committee meets quarterly, and the next meeting may not be until September or October.

V.  Windmill - Mike reported that he has not heard back from the diocese on this.

VI. Gazebo Dedication- We discussed the need for a ribbon for the ribbon cutting, and Adrienne volunteered to order one. We reviewed the plan for the ceremony which will include the presentation of a plaque for Todd Smola.  Discussed who will speak and what will be covered in our address.

Meeting adjourned at 7:00 pm
