Progress Update on Engineering Review and Office Space Requirements

We have completed the engineers' review of the current building status. This comprehensive evaluation included an assessment of structural integrity, compliance with safety standards, and overall feasibility for the upcoming project. The engineers provided critical insights and recommendations that will guide our next steps.

Additionally, we conducted interviews with town personnel regarding office space requirements. These discussions focused on understanding the needs and expectations of the local government and how our project aligns with community standards. Their feedback will be invaluable in shaping our office space design and ensuring adherence to local regulations.

Next steps involve synthesizing the engineers' findings and the input from town personnel to develop a comprehensive plan that addresses all identified needs and incorporates necessary adjustments.
