What do I need to give the Board to have an ANR plan approved?

You will need to bring the following to a Planning Board meeting:

• A completed application
• Six (6) copies of your plans showing everything required in the Zoning Bylaws.  These plans must be stamped by a registered architect, landscape architect or professional engineer and a professional land surveyor.  
• A check for the amount of $50 for each new building lot.
