Citizen Petition Form For Town Meeting Warrant

Please note the following information:

• 10 certified signatures are needed to add an article to an Annual Town Meeting.
• 100 certified signatures are needed to add an article to a Special Town Meeting (that is already scheduled)
• 200 certified signatures are needed to petition the Select Board to call a Special Town Meeting.

The sample petition in word format, gives you the ability to type your article onto the petition so that the signer knows what they are signing.
