Ordering/Correcting Vital Records

Death, Birth and Marriage Certificates are available for $10 each.  Please call or email when making an inquiry. We do not have an online payment system available as of yet. If you are a funeral home, please send an email with your request first, followed by a check with a self addressed stamped envelope.

Death Certificate corrections have a $35 fee and will need the necessary evidence to support the correction.
